Key Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple technical and non-technical positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, technical interviewers, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain and update recruiting pipelines and candidate stages within Rippling ATS.
  • Assist with creating and publishing job requisitions and job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to validate communication skills, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Support communication and coordination with external recruiting vendors and staffing partners.
  • Track candidate progress, interview feedback, and recruiting metrics.
  • Help maintain organized recruiting documentation, interview notes, and hiring records.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation when needed.
  • Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives through professional and positive candidate engagement.
  • Partner closely with HR leadership to help improve recruiting workflows, organization, and process efficiency.
  • Assist with calendar management and recruiting logistics across multiple time zones and regions.

 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or recruiting operations.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and working within fast-paced recruiting environments.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Rippling, or similar platforms.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and recruiting platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Comfortable working with distributed/global teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong follow-up and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and move processes forward.
