About the Role
Join ESS Metron as a Stockroom Clerk and play a key part in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly. In this role, you will receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies while maintaining accurate stock records. You'll work in an active manufacturing environment where attention to detail, organization, and a safety-first mindset are essential to success.

This position is based out of our Distribution Center off 73rd Ave exiting I-25.

What You'll Do

• Champion a Safety First culture at all times.
• Receive, count, sort, and verify incoming shipments against requisitions and invoices.
• Inspect stock to ensure it meets specifications.
• Store, label, and organize materials by type, size, or style in bins and on shelves.
• Pick, kit, and fill orders or issue supplies from stock.
• Conduct periodic and perpetual inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Compile reports on inventory adjustments, stock damage, location changes, and refused shipments.
• Requisition materials to fulfill incoming orders.
• Distribute stock to production workers and track materials issued.
• Determine best storage methods considering weight, temperature, humidity, and space.
• Move and transport materials between departments as needed.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Pulling, picking, and kitting experience.
• Forklift certification (a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required / Preferred Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related experience and or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position operates in an active manufacturing facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Use of standard office equipment is necessary, and the employee may need to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
