About the Role

As an R&D Automation Engineer at EUV Tech, you will be responsible for enabling research projects and participating in the development or improvement of existing products. The successful candidate will have experience in design, fabrication, maintenance, and execution of control systems and fixturing. Reporting Line

Reports to: Automation Engineer Manager

Your Role
  • Develop and maintain fixtures and custom test setups.
  • Author test procedures and reports.
  • Program automation systems as required.
  • Monitor and report on the current status of projects in development.
  • Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to define system test requirements, design fixtures, and provide results-driven feedback.
  • Work with the product development team to incorporate R&D designs into product lines.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing team during fabrication and hardware/software handoff.
  • Collaborate with the operations team for part procurement and handling.
Qualifications (Required)
  • Engineering (mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, computer etc) degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exposure to LabVIEW, Python, and MATLAB.
  • Experience in control system design, P&ID, and schematic generation.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting automated systems.
  • Familiarity with source code control and PDM systems.
  • Experience with semiconductor capital equipment.
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills at both strategic and functional levels.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with highly technical peers.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Position Details

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-$110,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the following factors: job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
