Product Marketing Manager (IC2), Generalist

Location: Chennai/ Remote, India

Everstage is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help bring our revenue platform to market: Everstage Incentives, Everstage Planning, and Everstage CPQ. You will own launches, messaging, and sales tools for your product areas, working independently on projects and partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success. This role is a strong fit for someone ready to take full ownership of their work and grow into a senior product marketer.

What you'll do

  • Own go-to-market for small and medium launches, from positioning and messaging through sales enablement and launch communications.
  • Build and maintain messaging frameworks and persona-level value propositions for RevOps leaders, Sales Ops teams, Finance, and sales reps.
  • Create the product assets and sales tools our teams use every day: pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, battle cards, web copy, and FAQs.
  • Research customers, competitors, and market trends to find what buyers care about and where we win, then turn that research into sharper messaging.
  • Position Everstage competitively in deals by keeping competitive intelligence current and training Sales on how to handle common objections.
  • Build customer stories and references independently, working with Customer Success to find the right customers and outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Managers to understand new capabilities early and translate them into clear benefits for each buyer persona.
  • Lead smaller cross-functional initiatives and keep Marketing, Product, and Sales aligned on timelines and deliverables.

What you'll bring

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in product marketing or an adjacent B2B SaaS role, such as solutions consulting, customer success, sales enablement, or product management.
  • Experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM) or Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), ideally both, either as a marketer, a practitioner, or a vendor-side team member.
  • Hands-on experience with AI, whether marketing AI-powered features or using AI tools to speed up research, content, and enablement work.
  • Clear, concrete writing. You can explain a complex workflow in plain language and connect it to a business result.
  • Ability to build a GTM plan for a launch and see it through without close supervision.
  • Structured approach to problem-solving: you break down a messy question, gather the right inputs, and land on a recommendation.
  • Strong working relationships across Marketing and Product, and the confidence to push back with data.
  • Experience with RevOps or Sales Ops tools, or a background working in a RevOps function, is a plus.
