Position Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the global marketing team, and partner closely with the US-based team to ensure successful marketing campaigns for FIFTH SEASON. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong ability to take initiative, ruthlessly prioritize tasks, manage calendars across international time zones, and has a genuine passion to build a long-term career as an executive in the TV and film industry.


Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Handle calendars and schedule meetings, considering international time zones and team availability.
  • Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and ensure accurate expense reconciliation.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for team members.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing team, including managing documents, filing, and correspondence.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to other UK departments, as needed

Events and Asset Support

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, such as premieres and screenings
  • Support on-site activations and events by creating detailed timelines, budgets, and recap reports.
  • Assist the marketing team with the creation of proposals, presentations, and digital campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with the art department to design templates and maintain a library of marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding.
  • Manage production logistics and maintain various databases and matrices.

Collaboration and Partnerships

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as delivery, PR/Communications, and distribution partners, to support marketing efforts and maximize project awareness and viewership for FIFTH SEASON.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and services.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and relevant software applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills, including managing international time zones for seamless scheduling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and professional demeanor, and strong collaboration abilities in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
  • Previous administrative support experience in marketing or the entertainment industry.
  • Proficient in basic design skills using design software (Adobe), including creating eye-catching event invitations and producing simple graphic emails for various purposes.
  • Deep passion for the TV and film industry and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in the field.
