About the Role

• Solid pay and great benefits - Earn between $70,000–$80,000 annually, with base pay starting at $17 an hour. Plus, 8% commission on additional product and service sales, extra install.

Your Impact

• Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual inspections or warranty follow-ups, install small projects, and preform annual maintenance.
• Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through consistent follow-up.
• Recommend products or services to enhance or improve the original installation or address potential issues.
• Suggest additional products and services, offering complementary solutions to help customers protect their most valuable investment long-term.

What You Provide- reqirements

• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record 
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl
• Strong listening and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to travel based on business needs; all travel is planned out in advance
