Your Role

Graham Partners, a private investment firm based outside of Philadelphia, is seeking a highly organized and dependable individual to support its Investor Relations and Capital Formation functions. This role is best suited for someone who is detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and follow‑through are critical. The position plays an important supporting role in the day‑to‑day coordination and administration of investor‑facing activities.

 

The Investor Relations team is responsible for managing relationships with the firm’s investor base and supporting fundraising‑related coordination and communications. The team is led by a Managing Principal and a Principal of Investor Relations. The IR Coordinator will work closely with the IR team and other Graham team members, providing administrative and logistical support across investor communications, roadshow coordination, database management, and internal process execution. The role is intended to support the efficiency and organization of the IR function through consistent execution and forward thinking.


Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Relations & Capital Formation Support
    • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Investor Relations team across ongoing investor communications and fundraising activity.
    • Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and logistics for investor meetings, fundraising roadshows, and internal planning sessions.
    • Serve as a point of organization for inbound LP requests, ensuring items are logged, routed, and addressed in a timely manner.
    • Support expense tracking and reimbursement processing related to investor meetings, roadshows, and events.
  • Investor Data & Systems Management
    • Maintain accurate investor and prospect records, including contact information, addresses, and historical interactions.
    • Support CRM and internal database management by ensuring data completeness, consistency, and regular updates.
    • Assist with tracking investor communication history and maintaining internal logs and reference materials.
  • Investor Communications & Portal Administration
    • Assist with the preparation and distribution of routine investor communications, in coordination with senior IR team members and external service providers.
    • Support investor portal administration, including document uploads, access permissions, and general organization.
    • Help ensure timely and accurate delivery of investor materials in accordance with established processes and requirements.
  • Annual Meeting & Investor Event Logistics
    • Support planning and execution of the firm’s Annual Meeting and other investor events, including timeline coordination, scheduling, and logistics tracking.
    • Assist with meeting materials coordination, attendee lists, RSVP tracking, and internal run‑of‑show documents.
    • Coordinate logistics with external vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders as needed.
    • Support post‑event follow‑up, expense reconciliation, and recordkeeping.
  • General Coordination & Team Support
    • Provide day‑to‑day organizational support to the Investor Relations team, helping ensure smooth execution of investor‑facing activities.
    • Assist with document organization, version control, and internal process upkeep.
    • Assist with annual investor holiday gift distribution.
    • Support ad hoc administrative and coordination needs as they arise.
    • Assist on coordination of other firm-wide events as needed.


We seek top-tier talent with the following qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to manage logistics, schedules, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in maintaining databases, contact information, and investor records
  • Proficiency in Excel and other productivity tools, with comfort using spreadsheets for tracking, reconciliation, and administrative support
  • Prior experience working with and maintaining a CRM is preferred (experience in DealCloud a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while operating effectively within a team‑based environment
  • Strong sense of initiative, follow‑through, and accountability for administrative and coordination responsibilities
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with competing priorities
  • Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive investor information
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in an administrative, coordination, operations, or support role (financial services (PE and IB specifically) experience a plus)
