Halker Consulting specializes in Oil and Gas surface facilities, Power Infrastructure, Environmental Remediation and Design, Automation and Digital Solutions, and federal, state, and local regulatory compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform strict adherence to and champion the Halker Project Delivery Process (PDP) for every project assigned
• Overall responsibility for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects
• Meet with clients to develop new business and maintain existing business relationships
• Responsible to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants and that the requirements of the contract are being satisfied
• Maintain the lead communicator position with client and manage client expectations
• Prepare proposals to obtain new project work from new and existing clients
• Monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, and accepted engineering practices
• Maintain a current project schedule that is updated weekly in conjunction with the project engineering discipline leads
• Assume full responsibility for profitability of assigned projects which includes the weekly review and approval of client invoices
• Ensure compliance with current budget, A/R, and billing requirements for each of their assigned Clients/projects
• Develop project execution plan and identify resource requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Ideally 8+ years of management experience in O&G or closely related industry
• Minimum of five years facility engineering experience
• Software experience including Microsoft Office and PDF Editor; PowerBI and Monday.com a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and guidelines

Compensation and Benefits:

• Expected base salary range: $150,000/year - $175,000/year. Compensation is negotiable and shall be offered commensurate with experience.
