About Happy to Help Caregiving
Happy to Help Caregiving provides compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they know best: home. We support families through companionship, personal care, respite care, and veteran-focused services, always with an emphasis on dignity, respect, and dependable support. Our goal is to provide care that feels personal, professional, and responsive to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and daily routines.
At Happy to Help, we believe great care is built on trust, consistency, and meaningful human connection. Our caregivers play an essential role in helping clients maintain quality of life at home while offering families peace of mind and reliable support. We are proud to build local care teams that show up with kindness, professionalism, and heart, and we value caregivers who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of others every day.
About the Role
Happy to Help Caregiving is looking for a highly experienced caregiver to join our team serving the Idaho Falls area and surrounding communities. This position will primarily support a high-needs client requiring memory care, so we are specifically seeking someone with demonstrated experience caring for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, cognitive impairment, or similar memory-related conditions.
As an in-home caregiver, you will provide meaningful one-on-one support that helps the client remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their own home. This role requires someone who is patient, dependable, observant, and confident providing a higher level of individualized support.
This is relationship-driven, hands-on work that requires consistency and sound judgment. The right caregiver will be able to provide calm reassurance, redirection, safety monitoring, and assistance with daily routines while following an established care plan and maintaining a person-centered approach.
Applicants should have significant relevant caregiving and memory-care experience, communicate professionally, and be comfortable working independently with a client who requires a higher level of support. Client-specific training will be provided.
If you are an experienced caregiver who understands the patience, consistency, and attentiveness required when supporting someone with memory-related needs, we would love to hear from you.
