At Hot 8 Yoga, we are growing and seeking an experienced and passionate 300-Hour Lead Trainer to lead and oversee upcoming 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program in  Brooklyn Heights, NY. This role includes delivering core lectures, mentoring trainees, guiding practice teaching, and ensuring the overall quality and integrity of the training.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Lead Teacher Trainer is required.
• Must hold a 200-Hour, 300-Hour, or 500-Hour or higher yoga certification.
• Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Philosophy, Ayurveda, Chakras, Sanskrit, Pranayama, and Meditation.
• Eagerness to develop and support other teachers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Teach public classes.
• Fill teacher training programs.
• Lead 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings.
• Work Saturdays and Sundays, plus one weekday evening.
• Lead Mentorship lectures.
