Job Summary

This role requires a highly organized and adaptable professional who can confidently manage a wide range of project responsibilities. You will support cross-functional teams, help maintain operational flow of HQ and subsidiaries. You will act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between FMSA facilities and the overseas equipment supplier 
• Own equipment sourcing and data management projects across all business units 
• Provide insights into the data to the Business Ops Mgr and C-level decision makers 
• Own profit and loss calculations for client-facing projects 
• Coordinate logistics across departments and with external partners
• Handle accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic filing systems 
• Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service through responsiveness and problem-solving
• Create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Workspace
• Any other duties as assigned by the FMSA team 

Education and Experience

• 4 years of college degree or equivalent

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
• Proficient in Google Workspace or similar platforms, particularly Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support a growing team
• Bilingual is a plus

Travel Requirements

Occasional -- 25% Visiting subsidiary companies nationwide
