This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital asset management (DAM), web content management, and portal development, who understands how to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that make digital content easy to find, access, and reuse.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing brand portals, organising digital assets, improving content structures, and ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you’ll also identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen content governance, and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review existing portal content and linked assets, identifying missing, outdated, or incomplete materials and coordinating updates.
  • Build and maintain accurate asset links across portal pages to ensure content remains accessible and up to date.
  • Organise and curate digital assets into clear, logical structures that improve navigation, discoverability, and reuse.
  • Create and update portal pages in line with client requirements, brand guidelines, and user needs.
  • Make basic content and asset adjustments, including cropping and formatting, to ensure materials are portal-ready.
  • Support digital asset management activities across platforms such as Bynder and other DAM solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve portal design, UX/UI, content organisation, and the overall user experience.
  • Contribute to content governance, metadata management, workflows, and asset lifecycle processes.
  • Track progress against agreed priorities and deliverables, adapting approaches where necessary to improve efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and introduce practical improvements or automation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, responding to changing business needs.
  • Develop documentation and provide guidance or training to support effective platform use and content management.

What You’ll Bring

  • Ideally, a degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Significant experience in digital asset management, web content management, marketing, creative technology, or a related area.
  • Experience managing, designing, or curating brand portals, content hubs, or similar digital experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with DAM platforms, ideally including Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Content Hub, or Sitecore.
  • A strong understanding of user experience principles and how content structure and navigation influence findability and engagement.
  • Knowledge of content governance, metadata, workflows, and digital asset lifecycle management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate, high-quality content.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track progress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, curious, and creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
  • The flexibility to adapt to evolving client requirements, changing priorities, and new ways of working.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build effective working relationships.
