Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 base + performance incentives

Position Overview
Integration Health is currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring top-tier clinical professionals, including ECMO specialists and perfusionists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruiting, with preference given to those experienced in recruiting in ECMO (specialists and coordinators), Perfusionists, RN/RT with interest in becoming ECMO Specialists or similar highly specialized roles.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract ECMO specialists, coordinators and perfusionists.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, professional networks, and educational institutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for all clinical roles at Integration Health.
    • Collaboration with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the position
    • Posting of positions across all channels, internally, externally, and through our App
    • Sourcing candidates from your personal network, existing pipeline, and filtering responses from postings.
    • Screening, interviewing, and vetting of candidates
    • Managing the offering, contracting, and full onboarding process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand forward-looking staffing needs and recruit in advance of the need.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational hiring standards.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in healthcare recruiting; experience with ECMO/Perfusion/Hospital Staffing strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ECMO and cardiovascular care roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $70,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience
