Imagine Orthodontic Studio is looking for a dynamic, high-energy Social Media Content Creator to join our team! In this role, you won't just be managing a feed—you will be the visual voice of our brand. You will travel daily across our five local office environments to capture the vibrant, fun, and encouraging atmosphere that defines our practice. From celebrating patient smile transformations to showcasing our incredible team culture, you will create compelling narratives that resonate deeply with our community.

This is a 100% on-site, multi-location role (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) that requires daily travel to our various studio locations. What you'll do

• On-Site Production & Travel: Travel consistently across designated local offices to shoot high-quality, authentic video and photo content of daily operations, patient interactions, and team activities.
• Brand & Content Management: Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and presence across all five office locations (allocating roughly 20% of your time to each market’s unique needs and seasonal campaigns).
• Post-Production Editing: Expertly edit photos, graphics, and video assets using tools like CapCut, Canva, and Notion, while leveraging AI-assisted tools to optimize your workflow.
• Consistency & Strategy: Build and maintain a structured content calendar to ensure highly engaging content is published 5–6 days per week across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Patient Privacy & Compliance: Safely manage media-release authorizations and strictly adhere to HIPAA and patient-privacy protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in content creation and direct management of successful business social media accounts.
• Creative Portfolio: A current portfolio or reel demonstrating high-quality photography, videography, and editing work (required for consideration).
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency with smartphones, stabilizers, and editing apps (CapCut, Canva, Notion), alongside a familiarity with AI-assisted content tools.
• Mobility: Reliable transportation and a 100% willingness to travel daily between local offices.
• Bilingual Skills (Preferred): Fluency in Spanish is a major plus, allowing you to create impactful content for our Spanish-speaking audience.
