The Manager will partner with business and technology leaders to strengthen the enterprise data warehouse, support major system implementations, and deliver reliable, decision-ready insights.

What You Will Do

Systems & Transformation Leadership: Represent the data and analytics function in enterprise implementations, including requirements, mapping, testing, migration, and adoption. Partner with stakeholders to ensure reliable downstream reporting and controls.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders in Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, Reinsurance, Operations, and IT. Translate business questions into actionable analytics priorities and communicate technical findings in clear business terms.

Team & Vendor Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop data and analytics professionals as the function scales. Establish clear priorities, delivery standards, and accountability; manage relevant external partners and resources.
