Summary

The Project Superintendent, Account Management plays a critical role in the successful execution of construction projects, acting as the on-site supervisor responsible for coordinating subcontractors, overseeing remodeling within occupied retirement and senior living communities, and ensuring that construction aligns with the project goals. This role requires an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented professional that will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure project schedules are maintained, and uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism while working in sensitive senior living environments.

Your Knowledge and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Foreman in commercial remodeling or occupied renovation projects
  • Experience working in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or occupied facilities preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software, Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, truck and tools preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with residents and staff
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, occupied environments

Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities for remodeling and renovation projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspections
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are completed on time
  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
  • Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications
  • Communicate daily with project managers, facility staff, residents, and ownership representatives
  • Minimize disruption to residents and maintain a safe, clean work environment
  • Conduct daily site inspections and resolve field issues proactively
  • Review plans, specifications, and scope of work documents
  • Track labor, materials, and job progress through daily reports
  • Manage punch lists and ensure successful project closeout
  • Attend project meetings and provide progress updates
  • May need to perform occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate facility operations

Physical Requirements

  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Be able to climb ladders
  • Be able to stand for a long period of time
  • Be able to reach, bend, crawl and climb as associated with supervising a job site
  • Be able to supervise job sites including travel to site
  • Must be willing to maintain all CDC guidelines
  • Must be able to frequently walk, climb stairs, and lift construction-related materials
