About the role

The Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting InRule’s growth strategy. Reporting to the CFO, this role owns full-cycle talent acquisition, employer branding, pre-boarding and onboarding experience, contingent workforce and Employer of Record (EOR) management, and HRIS administration and reporting. The successful candidate will drive approximately 15+ hires annually across a global, multi-entity organization including direct employees, EOR employees, and contractors worldwide.


The ideal candidate brings experience across both recruiting and broader HR operations, has a demonstrated track record of thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment, and enjoys working on multiple projects and work streams at one time.


What you'll do

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting, for technical and business roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
    • Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, hiring strategy, and employment structure decisions across direct, EOR, and contractor pathways.
    • Coordinate right-to-work verification and pre-employment requirements.
    • Partner with legal counsel on employee-facing documentation including offer letters, employment & confidentiality agreements, and other employment-related contracts.
    • Manage recruiting vendor and external agency relationships.
  • Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
    • Own employer brand presence which includes the InRule careers page, LinkedIn Talent brand, and Glassdoor profile.
    • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that attract top talent across technical and business functions globally.
    • Partner with marketing on employer brand alignment with overall brand identity.
    • Maintain recruiting content including job descriptions and candidate-facing materials.
  • Pre-Boarding & Onboarding Experience
    • Own the pre-boarding process from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness, including equipment requests, system access, and first-day logistics.
    • Design, maintain, and continuously improve the overall onboarding experience and 30/60/90-day framework.
  • Contingent Workforce & EOR Management
    • Serve as InRule’s primary administrator for EOR provider relationships, including country-specific compliance questions, onboarding and offboarding coordination.
    • Maintain contractor agreements, renewal dates, and classification compliance across InRule's global contractors, including periodic audits to mitigate misclassification risk
  • HRIS Administration & HR Reporting
    • Administer the headcount budgeting and requisition management process.
    • Own day-to-day HRIS and ATS data integrity including employee records, org structure, employment changes, system accuracy and recruiting data.
    • Build and maintain HR reporting including headcount dashboards, attrition tracking, exit interview analysis, hiring metrics, and people analytics for leadership.

What we’re looking for

  • Required
    • 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting in a SaaS or technology environment.
    • Genuine interest in broader HR operations work, this is not a pure recruiting role.
    • Demonstrated ability to own multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
    • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms, HR reporting, and recruiting analytics.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Comfortable building process and operating with ambiguity in a scaling, global organization.
