JOB OVERVIEW:

ITV America, the production company behind hit shows like Love Island USA, Queer Eye, Hell’s Kitchen, and The Real Housewives of New Jersey, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Affairs Coordinator to support the Business Affairs team. This role focuses on coordinating and tracking contracts and related documentation, including assisting with the preparation and management of a high volume of form agreements.

 

This role also supports contracts administration by maintaining organized records, tracking key dates and agreement status, and facilitating timely follow-up with internal stakeholders and external parties. This role is essential to ensuring efficient processes and timely execution across multiple fast-paced projects, and requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and professionalism in handling confidential information.

 

This role is based in Stamford, CT and reports to the Executive Vice President of Business Affairs.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general support to the business affairs team.
  • Tracking a large volume of agreements and correspondence.
  • Assisting the department by populating a variety of form agreements including talent exclusivity agreements, letters of intent, certificates of engagement, and vendor agreements, at the direction of the Business Affairs team.
  • Maintain, populate, and keep organized status charts of all development and active projects, talent agreements, title clearance reports, and other matters.
  • Develop and maintain systems to ensure project schedules and deadlines are met, sending regular reminders regarding revisions, following up on general correspondence, facilitating execution of agreements, racking all deal expiration dates, and communicating timely reminders to stakeholders.
  • Any additional duties as assigned by supervisor and other members of the Business and Legal Affairs team, as primary workloads permit.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a corporate environment is required, with experience as an administrative professional a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in coordination or administrative roles, with the ability to thrive in a support-focused position within Business Affairs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization with discretion, tact, integrity, and diplomacy at all times.
  • Patience and flexibility are key skills.
  • Self-starter who is willing to learn and able to both manage ambiguity and operate effectively independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and interact professionally with high-level executives, clients, and talent.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize projects and requests, and work well in a demanding professional environment.
  • Proficient in various business systems, including Apple Mac products, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, etc.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The pay range for this role is $26.44 to $28.85 per hour. This is a non-exempt position, and overtime may be required based on business and production needs. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, which may include education, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for our All-Staff Bonus Plan, subject to the rules of the plan.
