About the role

Kaimetrix is seeking an Intelligence Solutions Integrator, Team Lead to lead intelligence data and information‑sharing integration efforts for the Army G‑2 Data Capabilities Division. This role focuses on synchronizing Army, DoD, IC, and coalition intelligence systems to improve data discovery, access, and interoperability across mission environments.

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (primary); additional billets may support JBLM, WA

What you’ll do

• Lead a team providing intelligence solutions integration and information‑sharing support
• Coordinate bilateral and multilateral intelligence data integration initiatives
• Identify intelligence architecture gaps and recommend technical or procedural solutions
• Support foreign partner and coalition intelligence interoperability
• Draft and maintain SOPs, architecture documentation, and integration plans
• Deliver briefings and decision‑support materials to Government leadership
• Engage with data providers, consumers, and system owners across the Army and IC
• Support embedded intelligence integration efforts within operational units

Qualifications

• Senior Intelligence Solutions Integrator experience plus 4+ years leading teams
• Demonstrated experience supporting intelligence data sharing with bilateral or multilateral partners
• Strong documentation, briefing, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Multi‑Domain Operations (MDO)
• Familiarity with Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP)
• Experience supporting coalition or foreign disclosure environments
