About this opportunity

Good design doesn't happen by accident; it takes the right people, the right processes, and the right moment. At Kalkomey, that moment is now. We're building a more user-centered design practice under a new design director, and we need a Senior Product Designer who thrives where the work is meaningful because it isn't finished. You'll have a direct hand in shaping how we design, how we collaborate across product and engineering, and what our products feel like to the people who depend on them.
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the design process from research and ideation through final design and testing. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define design language, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and iterate based on feedback—while also mentoring teammates and contributing to a growing user-centered culture. A passion for the outdoors is a genuine differentiator here.
