We believe this is an important step in living our value of embracing diversity while underlining our commitment to fair, equitable and inclusive pay practices.

An exact offer for this position will be determined based on the candidate's working location and experience level, in relation to our existing team.

  • Be a leader
  • Mentor and provide feedback and direction to other designers on the team
  • Define and track UX metrics to evaluate and improve outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops, sprints, and design reviews with stakeholders utilising current UX and design thinking practices
  • Collect feedback from customer-facing teams and product managers to inform design direction

SKILLS YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU:

  • 8+ years of UX/UI/product design experience, including work at a strategic level
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both systems thinking and refined craft
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
  • Proficient and up to date with using AI tools within the design practice.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing product direction
  • Solid understanding of user research methodologies
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive clarity independently
  • Clear communicator who can articulate design decisions to non-designers
  • A passion to create highly functional products that are a delight to use
