Role: Market Engagement Lead


The Market Engagement Lead creates visibility, engagement, and business opportunities for Kolar Design and KXI by leading marketing operations, event strategy, brand execution, and client engagement initiatives.

This role serves as the operational connector between marketing, business development, leadership, and external partners. Success requires exceptional organization, strong project management, and the ability to execute multiple initiatives while ensuring every interaction reflects the Kolar brand and supports business growth.

Because this is a remote role, the successful candidate must be highly proactive, organized, collaborative, and capable of managing priorities with minimal oversight.


Key Responsibilities


Events & Market Engagement

  • Lead planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, workshops, speaking engagements, and client events.
  • Develop event strategies aligned with marketing and business development objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics including registration, travel, shipping, vendors, booth assets, schedules, and budgets.
  • Facilitate event planning meetings and post-event debriefs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and lead handoff after events.
  • Measure event performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Marketing Operations & Brand Management

  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, designers, web partners, and external vendors.
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Coordinate development of case studies, thought leadership, presentations, newsletters, and marketing assets.
  • Support website content management and ongoing updates.

CRM & Business Operations

  • Serve as primary administrator for HubSpot and marketing technology platforms.
  • Maintain CRM integrity, dashboards, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Produce performance reports and marketing analytics.
  • Support lead routing, campaign measurement, and sales enablement activities.

Internal & Client Engagement

  • Coordinate workshops, client events, and executive engagement initiatives.
  • Support leadership preparation for conferences, presentations, and strategic meetings.
  • Facilitate communication across marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Maintain supplier diversity certifications, memberships, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, event marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience coordinating agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
