About the role

We are USA manufacturer in the food production machinery space seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Sales Associate to join our dynamic B2B team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service and sales, a basic understanding of manufacturing, and the ability to satisfy customers and provide exceptional service experiences. As a Parts Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in keeping our customers operational, communicating needs with internal departments, and ensuring that our customers are attended to in a timely manner.

What you'll do

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain stock levels by communicating with internal departments.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with MRP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
