The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to help drive innovation, efficiency, and exceptional experiences across our organization.

This role is ideal for a product professional who thrives on solving complex business challenges, partnering across departments, and transforming ideas into scalable solutions. As a Product Manager, you will own a defined product area from discovery through delivery, working closely with stakeholders across Technology, Legal, Operations, Project Management, and Go-to-Market teams to create products and systems that enhance both the client and employee experience.

You'll play a critical role in shaping how product management evolves at Lisinski Law Firm, helping establish best practices while delivering meaningful outcomes that directly support our mission.

What You'll Do

Own Product Strategy and Execution

• Own a defined product area end-to-end, including discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, roadmap planning, delivery oversight, and post-launch evaluation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, client experience, and business outcomes through thoughtful product solutions.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps that align with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
• Establish success metrics and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure outcomes and guide future investments.

Turn Business Challenges into Product Solutions

• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Legal, Go-to-Market, and executive leadership teams to uncover challenges, validate needs, and define product opportunities.
• Translate complex or ambiguous business needs into actionable product strategies and solution requirements.
• Balance competing priorities across customer experience, operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management.

Partner Across Functions

• Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility, shape solutions, sequence work, and manage delivery trade-offs.
• Work alongside the Project Management Office (PMO) to align on timelines, dependencies, milestones, reporting, and delivery plans.
• Provide product direction and prioritization guidance to Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners supporting delivery efforts.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships that drive alignment and successful outcomes.

Drive Product Excellence

• Develop product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation that enable efficient execution.
• Participate in discovery activities to gain a deep understanding of user needs, workflows, and operational challenges.
• Continuously improve intake, prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder engagement practices.
• Contribute to the maturation of product management as a strategic capability within the firm.

Support Compliance and Quality

• Ensure all product initiatives are executed in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and data-handling requirements.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to evaluate risks and maintain alignment with firm standards.
• Make thoughtful, transparent decisions that balance innovation with organizational responsibilities.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related role, with ownership of software or internal-tools products.
• Experience leading product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery efforts.
• Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives through collaboration with engineering and project management partners.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and product delivery processes.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Legal Tech, a law firm, or a legal services environment.
• Experience within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, or government.
• Familiarity with internal operations platforms, workflow systems, or business process automation.
• Experience contributing to the growth and development of product management practices within an organization.
• Experience partnering with a Project Management Office (PMO).
