The Sales & Partnerships Coordinator plays an integral role in helping the Long Center achieve its earned and contributed revenue goals in support of our mission.
Working closely with the sales and sponsorship teams, this position coordinates the administrative, marketing, and partnership activities that support the sales process from initial inquiry through long-term stewardship. The Sales & Partnerships Coordinator serves as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned partners, coordinates sponsorship fulfillment across departments, and helps ensure prospective and existing partners receive an exceptional experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships while keeping multiple projects moving forward. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in corporate partnerships, sales operations, and nonprofit revenue generation while working collaboratively with teams across the Long Center.

Success in this role is measured by the ability to keep sales and partnership activities organized, responsive, and moving forward. The Sales & Partnerships Coordinator is a trusted team member who anticipates needs, communicates effectively, and helps deliver an outstanding experience for partners and internal stakeholders alike.
This is a coordinator level role with a starting salary range of 45-50k and the potential for an annual bonus based on sales team goal attainment. This flexible position is based in Austin, TX and involves a mix of regular office hours and opportunities for hybrid work balanced with evening and weekend attendance at performances and community events.
