About the Role

We’re always looking for great Producers to join our team.

This is an open role across multiple levels, from early-career producers building their foundation, to experienced leaders who can take on complex, high-impact work.

At Makers, producers are at the center of everything we do. You take ideas and turn them into reality. You bring structure to creative ambition, align people and priorities, and guide projects from early conversations through final delivery.

You might be just starting to run your own projects, or you might already be leading large-scale productions. What matters most is how you think, how you work, and how much you care about the craft.

What You’ll Do

• Lead or support content productions from scope through delivery, depending on your level.
• Build and manage timelines, budgets, and production plans.
• Coordinate with clients, creatives, vendors, and internal teams.
• Translate creative ideas into clear, executable plans.
• Manage logistics, communication, and day-to-day project flow.
• Support or lead on-set execution, ensuring things run smoothly.
• Anticipate challenges and solve problems in real time.
• Contribute to a culture of strong, thoughtful, and collaborative production.

What You Bring

Experience in content production (level will vary — we’re open).

A strong interest in how things get made, from idea through execution.

Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage moving parts.

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different types of people.

Comfort working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

A collaborative spirit and respect for the people behind the work.

A genuine passion for production as a craft.
