About Nerdio
At Nerdio, our mission is to simplify the lives of IT professionals and maximize their Microsoft cloud and end user computing investments.
We support organizations of all sizes looking to deploy, manage, and cost-optimize native Microsoft technologies. We partner with Enterprises and Managed Service Providers all over the world to add value on top of their existing native Microsoft investments like Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.
Created in 2016, Nerdio has always taken a market-leading and collaborative approach to cloud deployment and management. In fact, our product roadmap is greatly influenced by the regular feedback we receive from having seen companies deploy AVD into production environments several thousand times using Nerdio technology.
Today, Nerdio is used in over 50 countries by more than 15,000 organizations of every size and vertical. We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and support, which starts with identifying and supporting the best staff possible.
We are a fast-moving, nimble company looking for individuals who are collaborative, empathetic, driven and who love to move at the speed of light. If you want to be part of the AVD transformation that Microsoft and Nerdio are leading, then we want to speak with you.
About the role
Nerdio is hiring a Product Manager to help develop Microsoft 365 management capabilities across our product portfolio. You will help define and deliver the security, governance, and multi-tenant management capabilities that let MSPs and enterprise IT teams manage Microsoft 365 environments at scale. As product manager you will contribute to product discovery, design, development, and delivery for this capability area alongside other product managers and engineering teams. If you love everything M365, this is the role for you!
What you'll do
- Contribute to the roadmap and backlog for Microsoft 365 management capabilities across Nerdio products, including tenant security posture, policy and configuration governance, identity and access controls, licensing and user lifecycle management, and multi-tenant operations
- Identify the capabilities MSPs and enterprise admins need to secure and govern Microsoft 365 tenants, and help prioritize them against business impact and technical feasibility
- Help ensure these capabilities work consistently across products while respecting the differences between single-tenant enterprise and multi-tenant MSP use cases
- Work out the details of assigned functionality and provide user stories and specifications to the engineering team
- Work with engineering and QA to build, test, and release the functionality
- Work with technical writers to document new features and functionality
- Work with support and escalations teams to triage customer-reported issues and prioritize fixes within your area path, balancing severity, customer impact, and roadmap commitments
- Be able to prioritize what gets built, now, next or later, and in which products
- Roll out new capabilities internally to support, sales, customer success, and technical account managers
- Work with the marketing team on product marketing activities for new capabilities
- Conduct discovery calls with customers throughout the process
- Stay on top of the latest compliance frameworks as they evolve, CIS, NIST, Cyber Essentials, Essential 8, HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, etc.
- Develop deep expertise in Microsoft 365 management within Nerdio. Sales, support, customer success, and partners will lean on you for answers about how these features work and how they map to Microsoft's own tooling
- Track Microsoft's Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Defender, Purview, Teams, Exchange SharePoint/OneDrive and Copilot roadmaps and surface changes as product opportunities and risks
- Your success will depend on your ability to work with stakeholders across multiple product teams and with partners and customers outside the company, and your ability to rapidly innovate and iterate
