Who We Need


To support our continued growth, we seek a highly detailed analyst to support our Sales Operations team. The successful candidate will have strong foundation in accessing and manipulating data to develop insights and analysis to be easily communicated to stakeholders, and has a background in inventory management. The ideal candidate should also have experience with using Salesforce to manage, automate, and report on business processes. This position serves as an ideal opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in telecommunication, colocation, and technology.

Description of Responsibilities

  • Enable collaboration between operations, construction, engineering, acquisitions and sales by maintaining ownership of inventory system throughout inventory lifecycle.
  • Manage customer space, power and connectivity inventory and capacity allocations across carrier-neutral facilities.
  • Manage Netrality infrastructure and assets required to supply customer inventory within the confines of the Data Center Inventory Management (DCIM) system
  • Support revenue-generating opportunities by identifying available space, power, and connectivity capacity for prospective customers and uncovering revenue recovery opportunities for existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain capacity allocation and utilization reports to assist sales, operations, and leadership with strategic planning and forecasting of available inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer deployments, cabinet assignments, cross-connect availability, and infrastructure utilization.
  • Monitor, report on, and improve ongoing data management processes as inventory and contract details evolve
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting with Excel, Salesforce and other business intelligence tools
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inventory tracking, data governance, and reporting requirements
  • Assists Sales Operations team and the broader sales organization with detailed analysis and data management
  • Present actionable information and insights derived from your analysis to team members and management
  • Identify and execute on improvements to the Data Center Inventory Management processes and technology stack, including training materials
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and team members
  • Provide ad-hoc support as needed to operations, construction, engineering, acquisitions and saleteams and participation in projects as assigned

Position Requirements and Desired Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data reporting/analysis or inventory management tools (e.g., Tableau, CRMA Plus, Salesforce Reporting, Power BI)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-5 years in professional environment; ideally in a sales support or financial analysis position
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets
  • Strong documentation skills with an ability to translate data insights into business actions
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple data initiatives in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in dynamic situations.
  • Ability to synthesize complex or diverse information; collect and research data; utilize intuition and experience to analyze data.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to effectively present qualitative and quantitative information and respond to questions from managers, employees, and coworkers
  • Be a detail-oriented problem solver with a win-win attitude, working towards meaningful solutions
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively; effectively managing priorities while meeting hard deadlines
