Summary

The Connectivity Coordinator manages the quoting, ordering, installation, and billing for circuit provisioning. Works with Sales, Partners, and End-User thru entire process from quoting to install and invoicing. Additionally, they are responsible for supporting circuit inventory for optimizing the system, design improvements and communications of its components to billing, PM and support teams.

 Responsibilities

·       Work with Sales to design and quote circuit bids

·       Identify and manage best available vendors during quote process

·       Coordinate with Sales to process sales orders

·       Process orders with Vendors and ensure progress of Vendors

·       Communicate with Vendor, Field Techs, End User and NOC to complete installations.

·       Keep track of installation progress and rescheduling and update various internal departments

·       Serve as an escalation point of contact for internal support teams

·       Able to be flexible to answer calls from installers at odd times (normally from 7am to 6pm)
