Position Overview
Netwrix is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who is equally comfortable building scalable MarTech architecture and executing email campaigns at high velocity. This role requires the candidate to be based in or within close proximity to Metro Manila.
Responsibilities include:

- Drive campaign architecture and data governance - Design and maintain the campaign taxonomy, status models, field standards, and attribution structure. Own naming conventions, hierarchy logic, and field documentation so campaigns are reportable and scalable.
- Build automation and workflows - Nurture programs, lead scoring, enrichment, routing, and status progression. Always favor simplicity over feature-completeness.
- Monitor system health and data quality - Audit campaign data, sync integrity, bounce rates, field completeness monthly. Escalate blockers; fix preventable issues before they compound. Own quarterly health report.
- Manage reporting and dashboards - Create self-serve reports and dashboards in Marketo, Salesforce and supporting tools. Surface actionable insights: pipeline velocity, campaign ROI, funnel bottlenecks, segment performance.
- Evaluate and implement new tools – Assess, implement, and maintain new MarTech solutions that support business objectives.
B. Email Campaign Execution (60%)
- Design and execute email campaigns end-to-end - strategy, audience segmentation, landing page forms, email logic, send timing, performance analysis. Work closely with Content and Demand Gen teams to align messaging and timing.
- Manage email programs at scale - nurture streams, one-time blasts, subscriber
onboarding, re-engagement campaigns. Own the calendar, send quality, and engagement tracking. Maintain email lists and preference centers.
- Optimize email performance - A/B test, monitor open/click rates, segment results
by source/persona. Recommend improvements based on data.
- Coordinate email-to-landing-page flows - work with the web team to ensure forms, UTM tracking, and follow-up sequences work seamlessly. Own the Campaign Member creation process and data quality at form submission.
- Maintain email compliance - GDPR, list hygiene, preference centers.
This is real execution - you'll ship campaigns weekly and own their success.
C. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Coordinate with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Product Marketing on campaign planning and execution.
- Partner with Sales Ops and Salesforce admins on campaign structure, status workflows, and lead routing.
- Work with Analytics and BI teams on reporting requirements and data verification.
- Collaborate with Web team on tagging, tracking, personalization, and form integrations.
- Communicate operational changes and wins to stakeholders in clear, non-technical language.
Qualifications
