Clinical Growth Support Manager

Who We Are

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system and how veterans and civilians alike face too many barriers when it comes to receiving appropriate, timely care.

While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, Chris met his future co-founder Adam Pardes, and the two agreed – even the most engaging digital mental health apps in the world wouldn’t truly change the problem; only a solution that systematically integrated behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem could create meaningful change. And so they created NeuroFlow.

What We Do

We pride ourselves on partnering with healthcare leaders to assist in driving better outcomes, lowering total cost of care, and making behavioral health risk more predictable and transparent. NeuroFlow exists to make sure no one who needs behavioral health support falls through the cracks.

We build more than just engaging digital health tools for self-care: we create platforms that identify population behavioral health risk early, engage individuals with acuity-specific resources, and enable care teams to make smarter and more efficient decisions. Together, NeuroFlow’s solutions arm healthcare organizations with the insights they need to overcome the systemic challenges in today’s healthcare ecosystem.

How We Do It

The award-winning culture at NeuroFlow is one built around encouragement and daring to be great. Our core values have been displayed in our office since day one, and each team member is responsible for carrying out these values and keeping each other accountable to them. We succeed through our flexibility and agility, navigating and transforming an industry ripe for change where “no” or “can’t” is too often the default. NeuroFlow offers unique opportunities to work in a fun and challenging fast-paced environment with direct, meaningful impact on helping to close the divide between mental and physical health.

NeuroFlow is backed by investors including HLM Venture Partners, SEMCAP Health, Concord Health Partners, Builders VC, and Dreamit, alongside grant funding from the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Our work has been recognized by TIME Magazine as one of the World's Top HealthTech Companies of 2025, by Fierce Healthcare's 2026 Fierce15, and by MedTech Breakthrough's Best Overall Mental Health Solution award.

About the Role

Part clinical SME, part solution engineer, we are seeking a Clinical Growth Support Manager to partner with our sales and marketing teams as the clinical voice of our solutions in front of prospective and existing clients. This role owns the design and delivery of compelling product demonstrations that tell a clinically credible story: what a real patient journey looks like, highlighting real barriers to care that patients navigate today, and how NeuroFlow’s platform can close these critical care gaps. The ideal candidate has worked directly with patients helping them navigate complex behavioral health conditions, either in a health system or health plan.  You know firsthand what the day in the life of a navigator looks like and can turn that lived experience into demo narratives, discovery conversations, and user-centered collateral that resonate with clinical buyers.

What You'll Own

Demo Design & Storytelling

  • Design and deliver clinical product demonstrations tailored to the audience, whether that is a care management team, a medical director, or a health plan executive
  • Partner with sales on discovery calls to surface clinical pain points, and translate them into a library of demo stories and scripted patient journeys that show the platform in real clinical context
  • Configure and maintain demo environments with realistic clinical data, caseloads, and workflows to support those narratives
  • Serve as the clinical subject matter expert in sales conversations, RFP responses, and client presentations, independently managing relationships with senior clinical and executive stakeholders
  • Identify patterns in market and client feedback and drive clinical positioning priorities with product and marketing
  • Mentor sales and implementation colleagues on clinical workflows and demo best practices, and set the standard for how the team tells NeuroFlow's clinical story

Client Engagement & Growth Support

  • Serve as a clinical workflow subject matter expert to establish credibility and build relationships with healthcare stakeholders
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments to evaluate client needs and preparedness
  • Identify areas of opportunity and challenge for prospective and existing clients
  • Develop and refine clinical workflows that align with client goals and optimize platform utilization
  • Lead ROI analyses incorporating relevant quality metrics and value-based care considerations
  • Translate complex clinical concepts to diverse stakeholder audiences

Marketing & User-Centered Collateral

  • Partner with marketing to develop user-centered collateral, including one-pagers, case studies, workflow guides, and campaign content grounded in how care teams actually work
  • Review marketing and sales materials for clinical accuracy and credibility with clinical audiences
  • Translate product capabilities into benefit language that speaks to navigators, case managers, and the members and patients they serve

Implementation & Training

  • Guide clients from the sale through implementation with a focus on clinical best practices
  • Develop and lead clinical training sessions for staff and providers on platform functionality
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement data driven quality improvement initiatives
  • Consult on evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines relevant to client needs
  • Identify opportunities for program expansion and enhancement based on outcomes data
  • Support clients in measuring and demonstrating clinical impact and value utilizing tools such as performance metrics and caseload reports

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
  • Active clinical license or certification (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CCM, PhD, PsyD)
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health, with preference for integrated care settings
  • Direct experience working inside a health system or a health plan as a care navigator, care manager, or case manager
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for mental health and substance use disorders
  • Understanding of healthcare quality metrics and value-based care models
  • Deep knowledge of electronic health records and how care teams use them to drive efficient, effective clinical workflows
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for client demos, conferences, and onsite meetings
  • High comfort in complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments, skilled at developing differentiated messaging and tools for economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators, and at understanding how influence moves through a buying committee.
  • Strong storytelling instincts, able to distill complicated clinical and operational value into simple, economic narratives that compel action.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) or other integrated behavioral health models
  • Background in healthcare consulting, training, or implementation
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models, including Medicare/Medicaid billing
  • Experience with quality improvement methodologies
  • Project management skills or certification
  • Previous experience in a healthcare technology environment
  • Experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting role at a healthcare technology company
  • Experience collaborating with marketing on clinical content, collateral, or campaign messaging
