Senior Manager, Demand Generation

Who We Are

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system and how veterans and civilians alike face too many barriers when it comes to receiving appropriate, timely care.

While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, Chris met his future co-founder Adam Pardes, and the two agreed – even the most engaging digital mental health apps in the world wouldn’t truly change the problem; only a solution that systematically integrated behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem could create meaningful change. And so they created NeuroFlow.

What We Do:

We pride ourselves on partnering with healthcare leaders to assist in driving better outcomes, lowering total cost of care, and making behavioral health risk more predictable and transparent. NeuroFlow exists to make sure no one who needs behavioral health support falls through the cracks.

We build more than just engaging digital health tools for self-care: we create platforms that identify population behavioral health risk early, engage individuals with acuity-specific resources, and enable care teams to make smarter and more efficient decisions. Together, NeuroFlow’s solutions arm healthcare organizations with the insights they need to overcome the systemic challenges in today’s healthcare ecosystem.

How We Do It:

The award-winning culture at NeuroFlow is one built around encouragement and daring to be great. Our core values have been displayed in our office since day one, and each team member is responsible for carrying out these values and keeping each other accountable to them. We succeed through our flexibility and agility, navigating and transforming an industry ripe for change where “no” or “can’t” is too often the default.  NeuroFlow offers unique opportunities to work in a fun and challenging fast-paced environment with direct, meaningful impact on helping to close the divide between mental and physical health.

About the Role

NeuroFlow is hiring a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to build and run our go-to-market engine from the ground up. This is a builder's role: someone who takes a blank page, figures out what's missing, and puts a working system in its place.

The role sits in Marketing and reports to the interim Product Marketing Lead, with a Sales Development Representative reporting into it. You'll work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance to stand up a repeatable demand generation rhythm, growing qualified pipeline, and build campaigns that hold up as we scale. Given a set of goals, you're expected to figure out the resourcing, the sequencing, and the how, then run it. Given healthcare's compliance and buying-cycle realities, you'll also need to already know how demand gen works differently in this space, not learn it on the job.

What We're Looking For

Someone who has already taken demand generation from 0 to 1 to 10 in a B2B SaaS company, ideally in healthcare, and knows firsthand what that path actually requires. You should be as comfortable setting strategy as you are running a campaign, reading the data, and managing a direct report through their own growth. We're looking for someone proactive, analytical, and genuinely energized by building scalable systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale NeuroFlow's demand generation strategy and operating rhythm.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipelines.
  • Establish repeatable planning, testing, and optimization processes across channels.
  • Manage and develop the SDR function, including performance goals, coaching, and day-to-day prioritization.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to improve lead lifecycle management, attribution, and campaign reporting.
  • Analyze funnel performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement in conversion.
  • Own budget and schedule decisions for demand generation programs, in partnership with Marketing leadership.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment across the entire customer acquisition process.
  • Manage team of SDRs to drive towards qualified meetings

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology demand generation is required.
  • Prior experience managing at least one direct report, including performance management and coaching.
  • Track record of building demand generation programs in early-stage or high-growth companies.
  • Experience selling enterprise software to large companies.
  • Experience getting meetings with VP and CSuite leaders.
  • Demonstrated success generating qualified pipeline and improving funnel performance.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with genuine enthusiasm for testing and iteration.
  • Comfortable setting direction independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

What Success Looks Like

  • A demand generation motion that scales without being rebuilt at every stage of growth.
  • Growth in qualified pipeline and marketing's contribution to revenue.
  • Repeatable, scalable processes, reporting, and campaign optimization the rest of the team can rely on.
  • An SDR who is growing in the role, with clear goals and regular coaching.
  • Strong cross-functional partnerships that make the GTM engine predictable rather than reactive.
