Founded in 1978, North Point Hospitality is a multi-brand hotel development and management company based in Atlanta, GA. Our philosophy centers around developing upscale, brand-defining hotels in prime markets, partnering with industry leaders such as Hilton and Marriott. With a proven track record, North Point and its affiliate companies have developed 38 hotels from the ground up with a total investment over $600 million. The company currently owns and operates 9 hotels in the southeast, including 8 Hilton and Marriott brands. An additional 5 hotels are either under construction or in active development.ar

What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

• Set up the buffet daily, ensuring that all items are well-stocked, and break down the buffet after service
• Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Serve water and/or coffee upon greeting the table
• Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary
• Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner
• Observes guests to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed
• Control quality and consistency of all food served
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Total checks and accepts payment or refer guests to cashier

Please note that the working hours for this position start at 5:30am.
