  • Operational & Data Integrity: Validate critical platform documentation, perform data verification, and ensure file compliance across internal digital systems.
  • Exception & Ticket Management: Utilize Zendesk and proprietary internal platforms to triage tasks, manage partner queues, resolve operational blockers, and escalate edge cases.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the main operational contact for internal cross-functional partners and external vendors to keep workflows moving efficiently.
  • Financial & Compliance Workflows: Facilitate accurate and timely transaction-related fund transfers, documentation reviews, and regulatory verification steps.
  • Process Optimization & AI: Leverage internal tools and AI automation to streamline daily tasks, identifying process bottlenecks to help improve team operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Process-Driven Mindset: Proven track record managing high-volume tasks with strict deadlines, high accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
  • Tech & Tool Savviness: High comfort level navigating ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk), internal software platforms, enterprise databases, and digital workflows.
  • Operational Resilience: Comfortable managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and edge cases in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Clear Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain clarity and professionalism with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: A problem-solving orientation with empathy for end customers navigating complex, high-stakes milestones.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in tech operations, tech-enabled service delivery, SaaS customer operations, logistics coordination, or real estate/escrow operations.
  • Hands-on experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing/CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with third-party vendor management, documentation audits, or regulatory compliance workflows.
  • Active interest or experience using AI tools and automation to optimize personal productivity and daily workflows.
