Position Summary:

PatientNow is building a modern, data-driven go-to-market engine to support growth across the full customer lifecycle. The Manager, RevOps & Automation will play a key role in designing and scaling the systems, processes, and insights that drive pipeline performance, retention, and revenue expansion.


This is a hands-on, builder role focused on improving Sales and Customer Success productivity. You will own automation, tooling, and operational frameworks that support performance from lead generation through renewal and expansion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and can balance strategy with execution.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and improve Sales and Customer Success processes to increase pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and net revenue retention
  • Build and manage automation across the GTM tech stack to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Own non-Salesforce GTM systems such as Proshort, GoodWork, and Hex, ensuring strong data quality and usability
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to define KPIs, reporting, and dashboards
  • Develop and manage quotas, compensation plans, and commission structures aligned to business goals
  • Design and maintain territory and segmentation models across the full customer lifecycle
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the funnel and implement solutions to improve performance
  • Improve pipeline generation and acceleration through better lead routing, scoring, and follow-up processes
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations on growth, retention, and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to align systems, data, and processes

Education/Experience:

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience building and scaling GTM processes, systems, and automation
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms and GTM tools, Salesforce preferred
  • Experience designing quotas, compensation plans, and territory models
  • Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle including pipeline, retention, and expansion
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
  • Experience with automation tools and workflow design
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, Success, Finance, and Product
  • Experience in healthcare SaaS, aesthetics, or vertical SaaS is a plus

Supervisory Responsibilities:  This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but will influence cross-functional teams and processes across the organization.
