Procon E&C is a specialty contractor active in GA and TX, focusing on electrical and mechanical construction. We have successfully worked on system ceiling installation at Samsung Semiconductor, duct and louver installation at SK sites, as well as various industrial electrical construction projects. Additionally, we collaborate on 3D modeling (BIM) projects with multiple companies.

We are currently hiring for the Electrical Site Engineer position.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage electrical construction operations at industrial and commercial sites
• Review project drawings and develop installation plans
• Manage material procurement and supply schedules
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
• Conduct quality and safety inspections on-site
• Monitor project progress and address construction-related issues
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors, preparing progress reports

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction or site engineering
• Industrial/commercial electrical construction experience required (e.g., semiconductor plants, manufacturing facilities, cleanrooms)
• Strong ability to interpret electrical drawings and develop installation plans
• Experience in managing site labor and material logistics
• Proficiency in enforcing safety regulations at construction sites
• Must be willing to travel over 90% of the time as required by projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical engineering certifications or licenses preferred
• Experience in large-scale industrial projects preferred
• Experience with submittals and shop drawings is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred
• ERP system experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Korean is mandatory
