About the role

PureFacts is seeking a highly organized and systems-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to support the effectiveness, productivity, and scalability of our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.


This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics—someone who enjoys using both sides of their brain. As a Sales Enablement Operations Specialist, you'll combine curiosity, technical aptitude, and strategic thinking to optimize systems, streamline workflows, and turn data into actionable insights that help our teams perform at their best. The successful candidate will have experience working in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment and will be comfortable independently managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and improving processes across multiple business functions.


What you'll do

Sales Systems & Process Optimization

·        Serve as a key administrator and power user of sales systems, including Salesforce, Outreach/Kaia, Anthropic/MSFT Copilot Studio, and other critical business applications.

·        Lead CRM data governance and hygiene initiatives, continuously improving data quality, workflows, dashboards, and reporting to support reliable business insights and operational excellence.

·        Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to improve lead-to-revenue processes.

·        Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve system adoption.

·        Build, prioritze, and maintain system integrations between Snowflake, Salesforce, and other business systems.

·        Create and maintain systems enablement materials sales processes, workflows, and operating procedures.

Sales Enablement & Operational Support

·        Support onboarding and training of new sales team members on systems, tools, and processes.

·        Develop and maintain sales resources, PurePlayBook (our internal handbook), documentation, and enablement materials.

·        Collaborate with finance to track critical sales metrics and distribute to the broader organization.

·        Support territory planning and account assignment strategies by maintaining territory hierarchies, optimizing account ownership, monitoring coverage, and tracking sales performance through dashboards, reporting, and data analysis.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

·        Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects while proactively identifying process improvement opportunities, recommending scalable solutions, and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience.

·        Independently manage projects from planning through implementation to completion, and retrospective views.

·        Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

·        Facilitate meetings, track action items, manage timelines, and provide regular project updates.

·        Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, and user experience.

·        Support strategic initiatives that improve sales productivity and business performance.

AI & Automation

·        Champion the use of AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and eliminate repetitive tasks.

·        Evaluate and implement new technologies that support sales effectiveness.

·        Help identify opportunities to leverage data and automation to improve decision-making and productivity.

·        Collaborate with Marketing on our AI & data strategy for GTM operational excellence

·        Create and manage a team of AI agents that support and operationalize the full sales cycle for maximum efficiency

·        Self-educate on the rapid development of AI so that PureFacts’s AI strategy can take shape alongside the field


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

·        3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related role.

·        Experience working in a high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, or software company, M&A environment a plus.

·        Hands-on experience administering or supporting Salesforce.

·        Hands-on experience creating sequences in Outreach.

·        Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

·        Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·        Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

·        Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience with Salesforce administration, workflow automation, or CRM optimization.

·        Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, , Salesloft, Outreach/Kaia, AdvizorPro/Fintrx, , or similar systems.

·        Exposure to revenue operations, sales forecasting, pipeline management, or GTM systems.

·        Experience implementing or managing cross-functional technology projects.

·        Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation platforms.

·        Project Management certification or formal project management experience.
