2026 Sr. Program Organizer

ABOUT RELENTLESS

Relentless builds technology and programs to activate low-turnout voters and unlock political power. Our core program, the Rally Organizing model, is a civic education, persuasion, and mobilization program that compensates low-turnout voters for their time as they become Voting Ambassadors in their communities. Rally, Relentless’s flagship platform, allows campaigns and organizations to relationally organize at scale, resolve fractured and anonymized identities across online communities, and build progressive digital infrastructure that meets the moment we’re in.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sr. Program Organizer will support a team of part-time Program Organizers (POs) in delivering efficient and thoughtful support to program participants, as well as supporting the program as a full-time Program Organizer themselves.

This is a fast-paced, scaling program, and we're looking for someone who hits their stride in that kind of environment — someone who picks up new information quickly, adapts as priorities shift, and brings genuine passion for democratic participation to everything they do. As a Sr. Program Organizer, you’ll develop a deep, holistic understanding of the program that allows you to move fluidly between tasks and priorities, carrying knowledge and momentum from one assignment into the next.

You’ll work closely with the Deputy Director of Program, Organizer Experience to oversee a pod of part-time POs. Our POs are the heart of  Rally Organizing Programs – creating virtual experiences that leave participants feeling enthusiastic, supported, and confident as trusted messengers in their communities. POs work in shifts, covering both event leadership and inbox support. As Sr. Program Organizer, you’ll be the first level of support for a pod of POs, ensuring the consistent high quality of staff performance and participant experience by regularly observing and providing feedback on event quality and identifying areas for improvement, as well as supporting them through their onboarding & training phase. While you serve as a team captain, you also act as a full-time Program Organizer, being willing to jump into any role a part-time Program Organizer covers at a moment’s notice - often jumping between tasks and priorities.

We’re looking for people who are excited about creating team culture for a diverse group of individuals and supporting a group of part-time staff as they navigate a quickly ramping role. You’re also ready to jump into a fast-paced environment yourself and be the person the team can count on when we need a gap filled!  You’re comfortable coaching teams through encouragement and don’t shy away from addressing challenging moments. If you’re energized by helping teams reach their full potential and shifting priorities, we’d love to have you on our team.

This is a full-time, remote, and temporary position with an estimated start date of Tuesday, September 29 and an end date of Friday, November 13.
