Soho Massage Therapist

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Remedy Place is the world’s first social wellness club, redefining how people socialize through self-care. We believe feeling your best should be a shared experience, not a solitary one.

Our clubs combine evidence-based wellness therapies, recovery practices, hospitality, and beautifully designed spaces to create experiences that help people leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Every interaction matters. Every service matters. Every practitioner helps shape the Remedy Place experience.

We are looking for exceptional massage therapists who bring technical skill, professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel and perform better.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a traditional massage therapist role.

As a Massage Therapist at Remedy Place, you are a licensed practitioner, wellness educator, and trusted part of the guest journey. You deliver thoughtful, high-quality bodywork in a luxury hospitality environment while helping guests understand how massage can support their recovery, stress relief, mobility, and overall self-care routine.

You understand that exceptional service is not simply performing a treatment. It is listening carefully, creating trust, adapting to each guest’s needs, and delivering an experience that feels both highly personal and deeply professional.

Whether supporting a guest after travel, helping an athlete recover, easing everyday tension, or introducing someone to massage as part of a consistent wellness routine, your goal is always the same:

Leave every guest feeling better than when they arrived.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Deliver Exceptional Massage Services

  • Provide high-quality massage therapy services in accordance with your license, training, and Remedy Place standards
  • Customize each session based on guest goals, preferences, intake information, and contraindications
  • Maintain clear professional boundaries and communicate appropriately throughout the service
  • Create a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for every guest
  • Follow all sanitation, room setup, draping, documentation, and safety protocols
  • Deliver a consistent, polished, luxury-level experience at every touchpoint

Support the Guest Wellness Journey

  • Educate guests within your scope on the benefits of massage, recovery, mobility, relaxation, and self-care consistency
  • Recommend appropriate service frequency, enhancements, or complementary Remedy Place experiences within your training and scope
  • Partner with Remedy Specialists and club leadership to support a seamless guest journey
  • Help guests understand how massage can fit into their broader wellness routine
  • Stay curious and engaged in ongoing education related to bodywork, recovery, longevity, and holistic self-care

Represent Remedy Place Standards

  • Build genuine, trust-based relationships with guests and members
  • Communicate with warmth, discretion, and professionalism
  • Maintain impeccable treatment room standards before, during, and after each service
  • Support a clean, organized, calm, and elevated club environment
  • Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality
  • Escalate guest concerns, safety issues, or service-related questions appropriately

Support Team and Club Operations

  • Collaborate with the full club team to create an exceptional guest experience
  • Assist with room turnover, restocking, laundry support, and service readiness as needed
  • Participate in trainings, team meetings, and ongoing development
  • Support in-club events or special experiences when appropriate
  • Step in wherever needed to support the team and the guest experience

WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for someone who brings strong technical massage skills, genuine passion for health and wellness, and a natural ability to care for people in a professional, elevated way.

You naturally:

  • Make guests feel comfortable, respected, and cared for
  • Listen carefully and tailor your approach to each guest’s needs
  • Bring calm, grounded, and positive energy into the treatment room
  • Truly care about helping people feel better
  • Have a genuine interest in wellness, recovery, mobility, and self-care
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and with appropriate boundaries
  • Stay composed and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Take pride in details, consistency, and the quality of your work
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Enjoy learning, growing, and continuously improving your craft

You’ll Thrive Here If You...

  • Love helping people feel better in their bodies
  • Believe massage is both a technical skill and a hospitality experience
  • Practice what you preach and value your own wellness
  • Can educate guests in a clear, approachable, and responsible way
  • Connect easily with guests while maintaining professionalism and discretion
  • Bring a team-first mindset and step in wherever support is needed
  • Want to be part of a company redefining the future of social wellness

Requirements

  • Active massage therapy license in the state of employment
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, spa, sports recovery, clinical massage, or a comparable guest-facing environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, contraindications, draping, sanitation, and professional boundaries
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality services while maintaining Remedy Place standards
  • Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
  • Weekend and holiday availability required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to perform massage services for scheduled shifts
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use hands and arms for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Ability to assist with room setup, breakdown, restocking, and laundry support
  • Comfortable working in a wellness club environment with varying temperatures and sensory elements
