About the role

The Onboarding Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers transitioning to Rentvine from other property management software platforms. This role is responsible for managing the full onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and successful implementation tailored to each client’s business needs.


The ideal candidate combines project management expertise, technical data skills, and strong client communication to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage client onboarding projects from kickoff through successful launch
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand each client’s business operations and configure Rentvine accordingly
  • Migrate and transform client data from legacy systems into Rentvine using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Accurately transfer and validate opening financial balances and account allocations
  • Collaborate with third-party integration partners to enhance functionality based on client needs
  • Maintain project timelines, ensuring all onboarding milestones and deadlines are met
  • Provide clear communication, updates, and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding process
  • Identify potential risks or delays and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas and data manipulation
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including financial balances and reconciliations
  • Knowledge of the property management industry and related workflows
  • Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience with property management software platforms
  • Familiarity with data migration processes and tools
  • Experience working with SaaS onboarding or implementation teams
