We are looking for a Non – Producing Branch Production Manager to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Non – Producing Branch Production Manager at Revolution Mortgage, you will be a non-producing outside sales originator with a focus on driving branch sales volume through developing new sales opportunities for the team. This role will require extensive outside sales experience and face to face sales skills as well as strong leadership skills, extensive mortgage product knowledge, pipeline management, and proven strategies to drive loan origination volume. In addition, you will be assigned a physical branch location for administrative work to be fulfilled as well as a P&L.

What you’ll be doing.

• Generate new business and acquiring clients through networking, referrals, and converting leads for the sales teams.

• Represent the brand by providing excellent service both internal to your team as well as customer facing when necessary • Effectively support your outside sales team with strategy and mentorship on relationship building and sales tactics.

• Manage branch according to the branch fiscal policy

• Oversee and manage profitability of the P&L and effectiveness of team

• Ensuring all employees of the branch are productive and abiding by all Revolution’s policies and procedures.

• Responsible for managing all phases of talent at the branch level within the required guidelines of profitability.

What we are looking for

• A leader in the residential lending space, with 5+ years managing teams.

• A proven manager with a financial background and experience successfully managing and running a profitable P&L.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills

• Working knowledge of mortgage product, pricing, systems, and guidelines.

• The ability to create accountability to the established SLA’s relating to overall operations and mortgage production.
