Sales Development Representative

About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who thrives at the intersection of speed and discipline. You'll own the front end of our sales pipeline — responding to inbound interest, running outbound prospecting into accounts, and supporting marketing-driven campaigns that fuel our growth.
This isn't an "auto-dial and hope" role. You'll be engaging technical decision-makers who are evaluating voice AI for their customers. That means sharp qualifying conversations, thoughtful outreach, and real collaboration with our sales and marketing teams to turn interest into opportunity.
You'll report to the VP of Operations and work closely with both marketing and sales.
What You'll Do
Own inbound response and qualification. When prospects raise their hand — through our site, events, or campaigns — you're the first voice they hear. You'll qualify for fit and intent, book meetings for sales, and keep our speed-to-lead sharp.
Run disciplined outbound prospecting. You'll prospect into targeted MSP accounts using curated lists, HubSpot sequences, phone, LinkedIn, and event follow-up. You'll personalize where it matters and focus on getting in front of the right decision-makers.
Support marketing programs. Webinars, events, and campaigns generate leads that need fast, consistent follow-up. You'll coordinate with marketing and sales on priorities, enroll contacts in sequences, and make sure no lead goes cold.
Keep the CRM clean and the process tight. Accurate records in HubSpot, clear qualification notes, proper handoffs to sales, and reliable reporting on meetings booked and pipeline created.
