About the Role:

We are looking for an ICT Account Manager to manage relationships with existing technology clients and identify opportunities to grow those accounts. Full-time permanent role. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of technology clients

- Identify client needs and propose suitable ICT products and services

- Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and account plans

- Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction

- Track sales performance and report to management on account health

- Ensure client retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICT account management or sales role

- In-depth knowledge of ICT products and services (hardware, software, or managed services)

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
