Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Consultant Specialist to join our mission-driven team. This pivotal role is critical to the firm's expansion. Key Responsibilities

• Sell prospective clients on hiring the firm and the quality service provided.
• Actively drive firm growth by efficiently converting potential clients into retained clients.

• Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' specific immigration needs and explore suitable legal options.
• Gather detailed information on client goals and challenges through active listening.
• Present clear, concise information about relevant case types and immigration solutions.
• Consult with Attorneys and/or Consult Leads to ensure accurate case assessment and guidance.

• Build strong initial client relationships by fostering trust and clear communication.
• Manage the financial component by facilitating the efficient collection of initial payments to secure engagement.
• Guide clients through the contract signing process, ensuring complete understanding of all terms.

Required Qualifications

• Must be bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated experience in a Sales role.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
