RSA is looking for a highly experienced Marketing Analytics Senior Advisor to join a measurement-driven marketing organization. This role partners with Marketing Managers and operations teams to translate business goals into KPI frameworks, dashboards, and insights that improve marketing effectiveness across channels (web, email/nurture, paid vs organic media, events, etc) and influence pipeline outcomes. You will own end-to-end marketing reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly), data quality and definitions, and advanced analysis (attribution, funnel, lead lifecycle/handoff and campaign performance). You will also help modernize our analytics through automation and AI-assisted workflows, such as anomaly detection and faster insight summarization. To be successful in this role, you are curious, hands-on with data, comfortable in ambiguity, and able to influence decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Own recurring Marketing performance reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for senior marketing leadership, ensuring accuracy, clear KPI definitions, and executive-ready narratives.

·       Integrate and reconcile data across marketing and sales systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, media platforms) for lead funnel and ROI measurement.

·       Design and maintain executive-ready dashboards focused on marketing performance: channel mix, spend and ROI, conversion rates, funnel progression, engagement, and campaign/program outcomes.

·       Develop scalable measurement frameworks for campaigns, always-on programs, and lifecycle marketing, including consistent taxonomy, tagging requirements, and reporting templates.

·       Advance marketing impact measurement (attribution, cohort analysis, and A/B testing) to identify what drives performance and to guide budget, channel, and campaign optimization.

·       Partner with internal and external Digital and Demand teams to optimize paid media (search, display, social) and campaign performance—monitoring pacing, conversion, and recommending actions to improve results.

·       Operationalize website and content analytics (GA4), including key journeys, landing page performance, conversion paths, content engagement, and SEO/paid landing page optimization insights.

·       Build automation and AI-assisted analytics workflows (e.g., anomaly detection/alerts, automated KPI commentary, and insight summarization) to accelerate decision-making.

·       Respond to ad hoc analysis requests with clear hypotheses, methods, and recommendations; communicate findings through concise storytelling tailored to executive and practitioner audiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.

·       7+ years in analytics or business intelligence with strong reporting and data visualization experience.

·       Advanced proficiency in Power BI (or similar) including semantic models, DAX, and performance optimization; strong dashboard design for executive audiences. Experience with data warehouse/lakehouse concepts (eg MS Fabric) is a plus.

·       Strong analytical toolset: SQL required; Python/R preferred for automation, statistical analysis, and scalable data preparation.

·       Own the lead measurement framework including MQL definition, scoring logic, handoff quality to Sales and funnel conversion tracking through close partnership with Marketing Operations

·       Understanding of attribution and experimentation methods (multi-touch, cohort, A/B testing), and how to apply them to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

·       AI/automation (plus): experience using GenAI tools to accelerate insight generation (e.g., automated summaries, KPI narratives) and/or applying ML techniques (forecasting, anomaly detection, propensity) in an analytics workflow using Claude Copilot, etc.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence priorities, tell a clear story with data, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
