RSA Security India is seeking a detail-oriented and focused HR Generalist to join our HR team. The HR Generalist will serve as a point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR assistance. You will play a key role in supporting and evolving the HR Operations function at RSA across India and APJ locations. We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle while ensuring strong HR operations and compliance across India, with potential scope across APJ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless employee experience. You will partner with stakeholders to drive operational excellence while supporting key HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR systems
  • Drive seamless onboarding experience for new hires
  • Handle employee queries, including complex and escalated cases
  • Partner on strategic HR projects and initiatives


  1. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
  • Partner with managers to address employee relations matters effectively


  1. HR Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws and statutory compliance (India / APJ-specific)
  • Support with any changes and communication of HR policies and processes
  • Partner with legal/compliance teams on HR-related matters
  • Contribute to knowledge management and process improvements


  1. Compensation & Benefits
  • Provide HR Operational support with compensation review cycles, salary revisions and Annual Merit cycles
  • Coordinate for benefits administration and employee communication


  1. HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report key HR metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement, etc.)
  • Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
  • Manage HR operations, reporting, and data analysis with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
  • 4–8 years of experience in an HR Generalist / HR Operational role.
  • Understanding of India labour laws and HR practices
  • Experience working in a fast-paced organization
