Rx Solutions provides products, services, and strategic supplier relationships to 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities nationwide. Our product portfolio includes syringes, syringe kits, vials, capsules, alcohol pads, and other products used by compounding pharmacies. We work with domestic and international manufacturers, including suppliers in China and South Korea.

About the role

• Rx Solutions GPO is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily production operations and manage a team of approximately 40+ employees. This role is responsible for team performance, production, quality, staffing, inventory, and overall operational efficiency.
• We are looking for a proactive leader who sets clear expectations, holds the team accountable, solves problems quickly, and keeps leadership informed.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and manage a production team of approximately 40 employees.
• Oversee daily production, staffing, scheduling, workflow, and performance.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer deadlines are consistently met.
• Manage inventory levels, purchasing needs, reorder points, and vendor coordination.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and operational inefficiencies.
• Develop and improve processes and SOPs as the operation grows.
• Track key operational KPIs and proactively communicate performance, risks, and needs to leadership.

What we're looking for

•  Proven experience managing production, warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or similar operations.
• Experience directly managing a sizable hourly workforce; 30+ employees strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish proficiency sufficient to effectively manage a primarily Spanish-speaking production team is required.
• Strong understanding of production planning, staffing, inventory, and operational workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience using data/KPIs to manage performance.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical supply, packaging, or other regulated operations.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience developing SOPs and improving operational processes.
• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, business, or a related field.

• Build an organized, accountable, and efficient operation where the team knows what is expected, production stays on schedule, materials are available, and issues are addressed before they become problems.
