About the Role

Support daily spa operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and client-ready environment. You’ll work behind the scenes to reset rooms, manage laundry, and assist the team while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

This role is for you if you take pride in spotless environments, move quickly without cutting corners, and enjoy supporting a team that delivers exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain spa cleanliness to 100% Cleanliness Guarantee standards
• Prepare and reset treatment rooms, tanning beds, and spa areas between clients
• Support Wellness Consultants by ensuring rooms are stocked and ready
• Perform laundry duties and restock linens, towels, and supplies
• Follow sanitation protocols and communicate room status, supply needs, or issues
