About the role

Pay:$26-$36/hr

• The Location Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational success of their assigned location. This role ensures smooth clinical and administrative workflows, supports partners (employees), maintains accountability systems, and helps drive an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is both a leadership-support and hands-on role.

What you'll do

• Operational Oversight
• Maintain daily schedule efficiency and support production goals
• Conduct routine schedule audits and identify gaps or opportunities
• Monitor patient trackers (claims, contracts, treatment status, pending approvals)
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items

Insurance & Financial Coordination

• Oversee insurance verification and claim submission accuracy
• Track prior authorizations and approvals
• Support financial agreements and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with OrthoFi and other financial platforms

Team & Partner Support

• Support and coach front office and clinical partners
• Provide clear communication and accountability follow-through
• Assist in onboarding and training new partners
• Help foster a positive, team-driven culture

Patient Experience

• Ensure a seamless patient journey from consult to debond
• Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes
• Monitor treatment progress and follow-up needs
• Support Treatment Coordinators as their development

Administrative & Reporting

• Monitor timecards and payroll accuracy
• Assist with community outreach coordination and deliveries

Qualifications

• Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with high accountability
• Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach
• Comfortable with insurance processes and financial systems
