A Day in the Life:

As a Senior Solutions Consultant specializing in AI-First Transformation, Modern Architecture, and Technical Pre-Sales, you will drive core AI initiatives end-to-end. You will lead client discovery, architect AI-enabled solutions, and structure commercial models while partnering across sales and delivery teams to scale generative and enterprise AI.

Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales and Client Engagement

  • Lead AI-focused technical pursuits in partnership with sales to qualify, shape, and advance high-value deal opportunities.
  • Conduct technical and business discovery to identify AI use cases, clarify client problems, and validate production readiness before solutioning.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals with clear win themes, defensible assumptions, and value-driven solutions.
  • Align scope and commercial models (milestone, project, or T&M) to client outcomes while protecting margins.
  • Build executive-ready narratives that connect client business outcomes to technical architecture and ROI.

2. Architecture and Platform Leadership

  • Design scalable, secure AI platforms and cloud solution architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and data ecosystems like Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Lead deep-dives on operationalizing LLMs, development of Agentic workflows, enterprise data readiness, modern architecture, and AI governance/enablement for digital transformation.
  • Produce high-level system designs, reference architectures, and investment estimates aligned with client financial and risk goals.
  • Drive partner co-sell initiatives with AWS and Snowflake, including joint discovery and architecture validation.
  • Engage specialized Solutions Architects or Strategists early when deep technical expertise is required.

3. Offerings and Enablement

  • Author thought leadership content, including whitepapers, technical blogs, and documentation.
  • Build repeatable AI offerings, accelerators (workshops, POVs, LLM templates), and sales enablement assets to streamline pre-sales cycles.
  • Stay current on technology trends and share knowledge internally to foster continuous team development.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide billable advisory support, facilitate client workshops, and align stakeholders on scope, risks, and success criteria.
  • Partner with delivery leadership on governance, escalations, and value realization.
  • Act as a liaison during pre-sales to delivery transitions to transfer context and ensure seamless execution.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in solution consulting, software architecture, modern enterprise solutions, or related AI engineering roles.
  • Proven track record of driving AI projects from early pilot/concept stages into full production within operational client workflows.
  • Depth in generative AI frameworks, development of Agentic workflows, enterprise data platform orchestration, and AI governance and enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-accelerated delivery methods, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern data architectures (Snowflake/Databricks).
  • Ability to align technical solutions with client business objectives, risk posture, financial constraints, and commercial pricing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%. Candidates near New York City, Atlanta, or the Pacific Northwest have an advantage on client proximity, though we'll consider strong candidates anywhere.

Nice to Have:

  • Cloud and/or data platform certifications (AWS, Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, etc.).

Regardless of your specific role, we seek individuals who are excited to explore, adopt, and evangelize AI tools and methodologies. If you have experience in AI or a proven track record of rapidly learning and mentoring others on emerging tech, you’ll fit right in.
